Admission and registration
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Guests must register on arrival with a valid identity document. Visits to occupied rooms are not allowed without authorisation.
Payment and guarantees
Payment may be required in advance. The guest may guarantee payment by authorising a charge to a card accepted by the hotel.
Rest and damages
Guests must keep noise at a moderate level and supervise children so as not to disturb rest. Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property through negligence or intent.
Lost property
The hotel is not responsible for items left in public areas or for belongings left in rooms after check-out. Please check the room carefully before leaving.
No-smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. In case of breach, an additional EUR 200.00 charge may apply for laundry, cleaning and textile treatment.
