Rest, respect and surroundings
A pleasant stay is built on small gestures: respecting rest, using resources sensibly and caring for the spaces we share.
Avoid loud noise, especially at night, in corridors and in common areas.
Use water, electricity and air conditioning sensibly, as you would in a well-kept home.
Share spaces with consideration for other guests and the hotel team.
In the room
They are small gestures, but they help keep the hotel more comfortable, efficient and respectful.
Common areas
Use the area cleanly and leave cups, wrappers and the coffee space as you would like to find them.
One pet per room is accepted, up to 15 kg, with a supplement. Pets must be on a lead in common areas, must not get on beds and must not be left alone in the room.
If you arrive late or leave early, please avoid slamming doors, loud conversations and unnecessary noise in corridors.
Surroundings and sustainability
The Sierra de Cazorla region is best enjoyed when we walk calmly, respect paths and viewpoints, and reduce waste.
Follow marked trails, do not leave waste and avoid disturbing wildlife, residents and other visitors.
Turn off air conditioning and lights when they are not needed. Responsible use improves everyone’s comfort.
Use local businesses when you can: it is also a form of responsible tourism.
